Caregiving isn’t just about what you do—it’s about what you’re constantly thinking about. Wondering what’s next, worrying about what you might be missing, and trying to stay one step ahead can be just as exhausting as the day-to-day tasks themselves. When we asked our community for honest feedback, this mental load came through loud and clear. So instead of building another tool that asks caregivers to do more, we focused on a different question: What would it look like if support came to you—before you even had to ask?
In the coming days, we will launch a brand new feature: Personalized support emails driven from the information in your HeroGeneration platform. Learn about this new, supportive feature below.
Personalized Support Emails FAQs
1. What are the personalized support emails?
They’re two emails each week that provide guidance, reminders, and recommendations tailored to your caregiving situation. They’re designed to help you feel informed and supported—without needing to search, plan, or stay one step ahead all the time.
2. How does HeroGeneration know what to send me?
The emails are based on the information in your LovedOne’s profile, such as:
Health conditions
Age and stage of care
Medications
Uploaded legal or planning documents
We use this information to understand your situation and share support that’s relevant to you, not generic caregiving advice. We have developed an empathetic, personalized AI caregiver assistant named Andrea who will analyze your caregiving situation and send proactive advice before you even know you need it.
3. Do I need to do anything to turn this on?
No. If you’ve added information to a Loved One’s profile, the emails are automatically enabled. You don’t need to set anything up or manage anything extra.
4. What if my Loved One’s profile isn’t complete?
That’s okay. You don’t need to fill everything out at once.
Even small updates—like adding a condition or medication—can help make the support you receive more relevant. You can update your Loved One’s profile anytime.
5. What kind of emails will I receive?
You may receive:
Guidance on what to expect next
Links to helpful non-profits in your LovedOne's location
Helpful reminders or planning considerations
Recommendations based on your LovedOne’s condition or stage of care
Emotional support and reassurance
Research updates on medications or therapy advances on your LovedOne's condition
The goal is to help you feel more prepared and less alone—not overwhelmed.
6. Is my information private and secure?
Yes. Your information is private and used only to support you within HeroGeneration. Your information is anonymized and we do not sell or share your personal caregiving data. We follow the strictest legal guidelines for securing your data.
7. What if the guidance doesn’t feel right for me?
That’s important feedback. Caregiving is personal, and we’re continually improving how we support you.
You can reply to any email or contact us directly to share what’s helpful—or what’s not.
8. Why did HeroGeneration build this feature?
Because caregivers told us they were overwhelmed by the mental load—not just the tasks.
This feature was built directly in response to user feedback, with one goal: to help you know what you need, before you have to ask.
This new feature is our response to what caregivers told us they needed most: support that feels lighter, more timely, and easier to keep up with. It’s designed to quietly reduce the mental load by helping you know what to expect—before you have to search, worry, or plan it all yourself.
As always, this support works best when it reflects your real situation. Updating your Loved One’s profile—even a small detail—helps ensure the guidance you receive is as relevant and helpful as possible.
Most importantly, this is just one step in an ongoing conversation. We’ll continue listening, learning, and building alongside you—so HeroGeneration can be a place where caregivers feel supported, not overwhelmed.

About Nicole àBeckett
Nicole àBeckett is the founder of HeroGeneration, a platform born from her personal journey as a caregiver to her aging parents. While raising her own young family, Nicole was thrust into the complex world of hospital discharges, care decisions, and medical advocacy — all with little guidance or support. Her experience as part of the “sandwich generation” inspired her to create a resource that didn’t exist: one that empowers caregivers with clarity, tools, and community during some of life’s most overwhelming transitions. A passionate advocate and social entrepreneur, Nicole brings heartfelt stories, practical insights, and a mission to shine a light on the invisible work of caregiving. She’s on a mission to change how we support family caregivers — and to remind them they’re not alone.
